Over the past 18 months, landlords have surmounted numerous obstacles—navigating a pandemic, keeping their tenants safe, and complying with new federal, state, and local rules, just to name a few. New rules and regulations continue to be implemented, such as recent changes to the Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, and more are on the way.
Despite these obstacles, new opportunities continue to abound for landlords, both small and large. Please join the Chicago Real Estate Council for a lively roundtable discussion with two of the most influential real estate professionals in Chicago, Sal Becovic and Michael Glasser, as they discuss the evolving landscape for landlords and what to expect in the near future. The discussion will be moderated by Blake Strautins, a seasoned real estate litigator.
