2020 Membership

CREC  has been providing educational and networking opportunities to real  

estate professionals such as yourself in the Chicago area for over 60 years.

Chicago Real Estate Council hosts at least one event a month including informative panel discussions, tours, golf and networking social events.
 

CREC  remains the only local real estate organization where "one fee pays  all" with the $395 annual dues providing members with the following  benefits:

• Membership fee pays for all regular CREC meetings
• Meetings cover a wide range of topics relevant to the real estate industry
• Exclusive Property Tours at reduced costs for members
• Networking opportunities with other Chicago area real estate professionals

We offer (2) Memberships:

1. RENEW or NEW CREC Members - $395
2. Student Membership Rate offered for $200. Applicants must show proof of enrollment in order to qualify for this rate.
