The January 14, 2010 Overview of the Healthcare Real Estate Industry event was attended by 130 CREC members and guests. The panel discussion, held at the University Club, was moderated by Ginger Petroff, Healthcare Capital Group. The audience listened with interest as the three panelists, Todd Lillibridge, of Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Dave Johnson, Ziegler Capital Markets, and Kevin McMeen of Midcap Financial discussed trends in the healthcare real estate market.
